Our scope: End-to-end execution of civil structure (earthwork, RCC, masonry, waterproofing, plumbing) and complete finishing/MEP works (flooring, railings, woodwork, painting, false ceiling, sanitary, HVAC) valued at ₹3.38 Crore + GST.
Timeline: 12 months plus 7 days mobilization (October 28, 2026 to November 4, 2027), with a subsequent 12-month Defect Liability Period.

Chief Executive Officer

Shivaji Patil

Diploma in Civil Engineering (Govt. Polytechnic Bidar), with over 35 years in construction and real estate, including leadership roles as VP at Omaxe Ltd., CEO at CASA Consulting, and PM at BPTP and Unitech.

I lead corporate strategy, client partnerships and operational governance at Somaxe. My background in managing high-stakes client portfolios, performance-driven account operations and cross-functional teams shapes how we coordinate projects and run clear, structured workflows on every initiative.
